Stephanie S. Smith
Co-Founding Partner/President

Stephanie S. Smith is a co-founding partner and president of S&Co. Design. Her creative expertise ranges from brand identity, brochures, catalogs, direct mail, POP displays, packaging to web design. Her clients range from entrepreneurial start-ups to global corporations, including Bogdon Candy, Farmland National Beef, Gear for Sports, and Sokkia.

Her award-winning design has been recognized by The Kansas City Art Directors, the Advertising Club of Kansas City, Gannett Outdoor, and the Kansas City Direct Marketing Association. Stephanie’s work has been published in Print Magazine and seen in the movie “Top Gun”.

She has served as chairman of the board of DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS), worked on the fundraising committee for Dining By Design for seven years, co-chaired the event in 1998 and has created unique table designs for the event for ten years. Stephanie has also served on the boards of Neighborhood Housing Services of KC, The Hyde Park Neighborhood Association, as well as the committee for the Historic Hyde Park Tour for several years. She has donated her design services to these organizations along with the International Visitors Council of Greater Kansas City. For the past 10 years she has been a member of the Kansas City Direct Marketing Association.

Stephanie holds a BFA in Visual Communications from the University of Kansas. She has judged regional advertising award competitions, as well as student portfolios for local colleges. Prior to starting S&Co. Design, Stephanie was an art director for a Kansas City advertising agency for seven years.
