Cheryl L. Johnson
Co-Founding Partner/Vice President
As a co-founding partner of S&Co. Design, Inc., Cheryl designs for and manages a variety of accounts with projects ranging from product catalogs, capability brochures, print ads, corporate identity to environmental sculptures. Working in conjunction with the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, Johnson County of Museum of History and Kansas City Star books, Cheryl has designed over a dozen books.
She has received numerous awards for her print and environmental design work from the Advertising Club of Kansas City and the Kansas City Art Director’s Club.
Cheryl has served on the board of the American Institute of Graphic Arts/Kansas City and has donated her time and services to Dining By Design, a benefit sponsored by DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS), the Executive Women’s Golf Association, and the Susan G. Koman Foundation Race For The Cure. She was recently invited to participate in the Avila University All Women, One Word gallery exhibition.
She has taught graphic design at Avila College and the University of Kansas. Cheryl graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute with a BFA in Design.
